Ce programme est proposé dans le cadre de l’écriture du plan guide de l’Estuaire de la Touques porté par la Communauté de Communes Cœur Côte Fleurie. Touques face au risque inondation ︎︎︎ 2025-2026Coopérative d’urbanisme culturel Cuesta. Communauté de Communes Cœur Côte Fleurie, Normandie Pendant une année, nous arpentons l’estuaire de la Touques avec les jeunes des conseils municipaux de Deauville, Touques et Trouville-sur-mer pour envisager le futur du territoire face au risque inondation. Nous traversons des ponts, des marais, des zones d’activités. Nous marchons, nous écoutons, nous dessinons. Nous suivons les méandres d’eaux douces et salées, opaques et miraculeuses, sauvages et urbanisées. Nous sommes attentifs aux moindres détails, derrière les roseaux, dans le sable comme dans les vents, pour mieux comprendre et raconter ce fleuve et ses habitants. Ce programme est proposé dans le cadre de l’écriture du plan guide de l’Estuaire de la Touques porté par la Communauté de Communes Cœur Côte Fleurie. Cette mission doit permettre de repenser l’aménagement du territoire face aux changements climatiques. Le projet est mené par un groupement pluridisciplinaire : l’Agence TER (paysagistes-urbanistes), Artelia (bureau d’études eau, mobilités, énergies), BMC2 (architectes), Céline Coderch (architecte spécialisée dans les risques majeurs), Atelier Préau (programmistes), Créaspace (bureau d’études développement économique), Cuesta (coopérative d’urbanisme culturel) associée à l’artiste Maïda Chavak et à la photographe Lucie Jean. rénover et construire sur un territoire rural comme celui du pays de Dieulefit ? Le temps d’un week-end, une grande tablée s’installe rue du bourg à Dieulefit. Sur la table, 16 couverts : une petite assiette présente un matériau ou une technique locale, une grande assiette présente un projet de l’agence dans lequel ce matériau ou cette technique est mis en œuvre. Un plan du projet en guise de set de table complète le couvert. La nappe est un grand plan du territoire, sur lequel sont notés les projets conduits par l’agence. Les passants peuvent s’assoir, positionner une épingle là où ils habitent, dessiner le plan d’un lieu qui compte, manipuler les assiettes et prendre le temps d’échanger avec les architectes. <img
